About the role

Branch Member Service Associates (MSAs) provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors of the branch. The position involves assisting with member inquiries, handling transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors.
• Handle member inquiries and transactions efficiently.
• Promote and assist in the sale of credit union products and services.
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly by covering other branches as needed.
• Attend training sessions at the corporate office in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Requirements

• Available to work every Saturday.
• Able to work 20 - 29 hours per week.
• Able to attend a 5-week training session in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
