Member Services Associate (Part-Time)

About the role
The Member Services Associate provides weekend coverage at the amenity center while serving as the first point of contact for residents and prospective homeowners. This key role assists residents with amenity access, answers questions, maintains coffee stations, completes light administrative tasks, and supports occasional lifestyle activities.
Everything comes together effortlessly at this 55+ master-planned community situated on the river bank, with a buildout of just over 500 homes within another master association. Amenities include a fitness center, coffee bar, staff offices, a pool, and other facilities fostering high community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
- Noting accurate messages and directing them appropriately
- Operating and maintaining office equipment
- Drafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work orders
- Assisting owners with coordinating resident-hosted events
- Updating the association’s website and calendar
- Receiving, preparing, and delivering mail, packages, and dry cleaning
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Customer service experience; knowledge of homeowner association operations preferred
- Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Dynamic, professional individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends at community events as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance.
