About the role

Part-time Branch Member Service Associates (MSAs) are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members at various branch locations. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Cover other branch locations as needed
• Provide member service including answering inquiries, processing transactions, and assisting with financial products and services
• Attend training sessions at the corporate office in Upper Marlboro, MD

Requirements

• Able to work weekends (Saturday)
• Able to work 20-29 hours per week
• Able to attend a 5-week training session at the corporate office in Upper Marlboro, MD

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of financial products and services
