Branch Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
• Develop and lead others through field evaluations, coaching, and training
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset
• Inspire your team to provide top-notch service, accept feedback, and commit to improvement
• Drive revenue growth through daily team check-ins and accountability for results
• Manage a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically invest in growth while balancing expenses
• Recognize and develop talent in recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer service
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of required training
• Contribute to community service initiatives that improve where we live and work

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Work Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required
• Work in various weather conditions
