Responsibilities
- Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
- Develop and lead a team, including field evaluations, coaching, and training
- Deliver customer retention results with a strong service mindset
- Inspire your team to provide top-notch service, accept feedback, and commit to continual improvement
- Drive revenue growth through daily team check-ins and accountability for results
- Manage a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically invest in growth while balancing expense margins
- Recognize and develop talent in recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer service staff, including management
- Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of required training
- Contribute to community service initiatives that improve the places we live and work

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (required)
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
