Branch Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Develop and mentor team members through field evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Exemplify a service mindset to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service, accept feedback, and commit to continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and operational success, including managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and balancing expense margins.
• Recognize and develop talent across sales, service, and customer service teams, including management roles.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of required training.
• Contribute to community service initiatives that improve local areas.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Work Environment

• Must meet physical job requirements, including safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
