Branch Manager - Stafford

Job Summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our growing network of 70+ locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales and operations teams in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability in all areas of the operation
• Implement a business strategy ensuring profitability through sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence
• Handle multiple tasks under deadlines and motivate teams to perform at their peak
• Manage inventory control and purchasing experience
• Lead sales and operations teams
• Meet corporate financial goals

Requirements

• 5 years experience in sales and operations management
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Results oriented leader who enjoys motivating a team
• Problem solver who can handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Able to motivate employees to perform at their peak
• Strong analytical skills in financial forecasting and sales management
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable principles
• Proven track record of success in managing
• Knowledge of the building materials industry is a major plus

Qualifications

• Sales experience required (Business to business preferred)
• Building Products experience preferred
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable principals
