Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead community engagement, SEG growth, and business development efforts
- Drive branch performance including sales, member experience, and financial results
- Build relationships with community partners, local organizations, and business leaders
- Lead, coach, and develop branch leadership teams
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strong internal controls
- Support strategic initiatives, growth plans, and organizational change management
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of branch or retail financial services experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple locations
- Credit union experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and risk management
- Proven success in community engagement, business development, and team leadership
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned market for branch visits and community events
Work Schedule
This is a full time 40 hour a week position.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $76,800 - $82,000 per year, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. Your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
