About the role
The Branch Manager at City Electric Supply (CES) is responsible for the development and implementation of a business plan in accordance with City Electric Supply policy and procedures. This includes ensuring profitability, motivation, direction, recruiting, managing and developing branch employees, facilitating continuous improvements, and providing sound leadership for the branch.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and profit with existing and new customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key vendors and agents.
- Recruit and manage all branch employees.
- Effectively manage branch operations.
- Partner with the local community to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Experience in managing a retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of electrical products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
