Branch Manager I - Latitude Landings Branch

About the role

Directs staff performance through coaching, cross-training, and performance appraisals to achieve established goals and service levels.

Create a sales-oriented environment, setting sales goals, and directing employee performance to achieve targets.

Provides coaching and training for Leads/Assistant Managers to support sustainable sales performance within their branches.

Manages timely and accurate sales and referral tracking, facilitating periodic sales contests.

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Acts as a point of escalation for member issues, coordinating resolutions with other Credit Union departments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years' experience as an SCCU Lead Member Service Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, or equivalent leadership experience required.

Compensation

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $80,402/year.

Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

Pay

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $80,402/year.
