Branch Manager, I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform audits, including federal, state, and bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Adhere to and practice strong internal control procedures.
• Manage the daily routine and customer service level of the branch personnel.
• Conduct regular sales and operations meetings.
• Obtain and track sales goals for the entire branch.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Resolve customer problems as needed.
• Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
• Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives.
• Perform branch personnel duties as needed.
• Adhere to high ethical and professional standards.
• Aid in other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Banking experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy, procedure, and regulations.
• Banking management or Loan Officer experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in opening new accounts, servicing accounts, and working in a teller position.
• Basic computer skills, advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work additional hours when necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
