Branch Manager

About the role

As a Branch Manager at SIXT, you will lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service. You will be responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability. You will also lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings. You will recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process. You will ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
• Ensure efficient workflows by delegating tasks related to the vehicle fleet and operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets)
• Handle customer complaints and work with regional managers to optimize processes

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental) or relevant experience
• Possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Be highly organized and have excellent customer service skills
• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work day/evening shifts

Qualifications

Pay

A yearly salary of at least $59,000 plus bonus!
