Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch

- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or financial services
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
