Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of branch performance
- Driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients
- Creating a differentiated customer experience
- Collaborating with a broad range of eco-system partners
- Accountable for risk management and compliance
- Building a high performing team
- Achieving sales targets and customer loyalty
- Growing branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households
- Driving business banking results
- Coaching to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being
- Having a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement
- Maintaining a differentiated client experience
- Coaching team to confidently engage with customers in technology enabled interactions
- Leading effective problem resolution
- Managing and coaching to the delivery of a differentiated client experience
- Managing operational, human capital, reputational and business risk
- Exercising leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures

Pay
Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $116,875.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Schedule
This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
