Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of branch performance
• Driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients
• Creating a differentiated customer experience

• Achieving sales targets and customer loyalty
• Growing branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households
• Driving business banking results
• Coaching to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being
• Having a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement
• Maintaining a differentiated client experience
• Coaching team to confidently engage with customers in technology enabled interactions
• Leading effective problem resolution
• Managing and coaching to the delivery of a differentiated client experience
• Managing operational, human capital, reputational and business risk
• Exercising leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered

Pay

Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $116,875.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Schedule

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
