About the role

Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance. Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being. Creates a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment. Collaborates with a broad range of ecosystem partners. Accountable for risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Builds a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Utilizes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Grows branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households and through collaboration with ecosystem partners.
  • Drives business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coaches team to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
  • Manages and coaches the delivery of a differentiated client experience, including technology-enabled interactions and advice-oriented consultation.
  • Leads effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers.
  • Connects all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Drives the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development.
  • Ensures employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management.
  • Models PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
  • Manages operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk through sound decision-making and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Exercises leadership and authority to mitigate sales practice risk and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
  • This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
