About the role

Leverage your leadership and sales skills to drive performance, grow the business, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach your team across Rigging, Service & Engineered Products.
  • Build a culture of accountability, growth, and safety.
  • Own your branch's P&L, sales targets, and financial results by managing productivity, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Expand inspection contracts and uncover opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and new solutions.
  • Deliver excellence through strengthened customer partnerships and creation of new ones through consultative sales and superior service.
  • Apply Lean principles to streamline operations, improve delivery, and maximize field utilization.
  • Invest in people by recruiting, retaining, and promoting talent through performance reviews, career pathing, and development plans.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven, service, or industrial environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, A/R, and P&L.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and time-management skills.
  • Established communication and strategic planning ability.
  • Experience in leading, developing, and delegating to teams.
  • Successful completion of all coursework, OJT, and projects within Mazzella Lifting School (once established).
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E-verify.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
