About the role
Leverage your leadership and sales skills to drive performance, grow the business, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team across Rigging, Service & Engineered Products.
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and safety.
- Own your branch's P&L, sales targets, and financial results by managing productivity, scheduling, and cost control.
- Expand inspection contracts and uncover opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and new solutions.
- Deliver excellence through strengthened customer partnerships and creation of new ones through consultative sales and superior service.
- Apply Lean principles to streamline operations, improve delivery, and maximize field utilization.
- Invest in people by recruiting, retaining, and promoting talent through performance reviews, career pathing, and development plans.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven, service, or industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, A/R, and P&L.
- Demonstrated decision-making and time-management skills.
- Established communication and strategic planning ability.
- Experience in leading, developing, and delegating to teams.
- Successful completion of all coursework, OJT, and projects within Mazzella Lifting School (once established).
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E-verify.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
