Responsibilities
- Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
- Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.
- Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.
- Cook up installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post-view process.
- Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.
Requirements
- Construction management experience
- Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Build relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
