Branch Manager

About the role

You will coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting. You will oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment. You will play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service. You will provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution. You will manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• An Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years
