Branch Controls Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to Controls and supervision leadership and team members.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics for compliance reviews, audits, and training sessions.
- Maintain departmental files, records, and documentation in accordance with record retention requirements.
- Track compliance activities, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks for compliance-related records.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

What You Will Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Finance or Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA.
