About the role

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
  • Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
  • Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices aligning customer needs with solutions, and adept at managing risk in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of related experience. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • No specific degree or certifications are required, but candidates must demonstrate relevant skills and competencies.
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payments based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
