What to Expect as a Branch Banker

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and build long-term customer relationships
• Ensure cash drawer balances at the end of each day
• Process routine financial transactions for customers
• Open bank accounts for individuals and businesses
• Be the "go-to" banker for customers, asking questions and listening for cues to provide tailored banking and possibly lending solutions
• Participate in team goals and community involvement
• Meet and refer business to banking partners in Mortgage, Commercial, and Treasury
• Track and report sales and referral activities

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Banker
• Effective and efficient communication (written and verbal)
• Cash handling/data entry with accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask job expectations
• Comfortable having conversations with customers and cross-selling products and services when opportunities are uncovered
• Adaptable to an internally and externally changing environment
