Branch Banker

Core Responsibilities

• Create a high-quality, positive, and customized customer experience.
• Absorb and process routine financial transactions for customers including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
• Open bank accounts for individuals and businesses.
• Provide banking and possibly lending solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Maintain cash drawer controls and ensure accuracy at the end of each day.
• Stay informed about banking changes and share this information with colleagues and customers.
• Participate in team goals and community involvement.
• Proactively track and report sales and referral activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Banker.
• Effective and efficient communication (written and verbal).
• Cash handling/data entry with accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask job expectations.
• Comfortable having conversations with customers and cross-selling products and services.
• Adaptable to an internally and externally changing environment.
