This fellowship is a 3-year part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for researchers educated to PhD level who wish to return to brain tumour research after a career break of at least two years.

About the role

This fellowship is designed for individuals looking to restart their research career in brain tumour research. The Brain Tumour Research Centre at the University of Plymouth focuses on mechanisms of brain tumourigenesis, including glioma initiation, development, and targeting tumour growth with novel therapeutics, as well as neural stem cell biology and brain development. The lab employs multiple model systems to understand tumour biology and collaborates across complementary research areas.
