BPS Business Development Executive Healthcare Payer
About the role
The Senior Business Development Executive will drive new business development and acquisition of new logo/business opportunities through developing and maintaining effective key relationships. This position ensures business growth by directing and managing business development activities in alignment with organizational strategy. As a senior member of the Business Process Services (BPS) team, you will identify, assess, and negotiate new business opportunities that align with Wipro’s overall strategic growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals.
- Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close.
- Drive a complete sales strategy representing a breadth of services (customer contact solutions, automation, shared services, etc.).
- Develop and execute business plans including prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, solutioning, pricing, negotiating, finalizing sales contracts, closing deals, and managing customer relations.
- Effectively construct and communicate a compelling value proposition both orally and in presentations.
- Deliver required business outcomes to customers while protecting the interests of Wipro’s stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping Wipro’s overall BPS strategy as a key member of the Global Business Line.
- Create demand for and successfully sell business process outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Prospect at the C-level and senior executive decision-maker levels, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organization, culture, and compelling reasons to act.
- Manage large, complex customer relationships.
- Lead or participate in complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts.
- Negotiate long-term contracts.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience selling and designing BPO/BPS solutions.
- Proven track record of prospecting at the C-level and senior executive decision-maker levels.
- Experience managing large, complex customer relationships.
- Experience in proposal solutioning, business value proposition development, and negotiating long-term contracts.
Pay
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
