Primary Objective
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Boxer/Unboxer to join our production team. This role is responsible for performing the final quality check on finished products, boxing and sealing items, and palletizing for return shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspections on completed products to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Box, seal, and palletize products using boxing and palletizing equipment.
- Load and unload trailers as needed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Move products within the facility to designated areas.
- Maintain accurate records both electronically and in hard copy.
- Read and interpret product travelers to confirm order details.
- Support team leads, shipping, and receiving staff when necessary.
- Train on additional machines or equipment as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Provide courteous service to delivery drivers, coworkers, and corporate staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and understand fluent English.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 75 lbs rarely).
- Capable of performing a full range of motion tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Comfortable working around chemicals in a production environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or will be trained).

- 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or packaging roles.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of products.

- Working in a production environment with exposure to chemicals and moving equipment.
