Responsibilities
- Instruct and train new hires for the Box Office
- Assist in implementing new information and training to existing sellers
- Process refunds and handle guest situations
- Offer the best guest experience for all CET shows and entertainment venues
- Coach sellers and inspire growth
- Manage VIP and Executive ticketing
- Ensure smooth and efficient ticket operation
- Provide work direction and motivation to employees
- Supervise and train new and existing Box Office Sellers
- Absentee responsibility for Theater operations
- Review guest complaints and take appropriate action
- Submit new events for on-sale
- Place holds, check for accuracy, and communicate new event info to staff and other properties
- Ensure Seller Attendance
- Perform high-level financial reporting for settlements
- Troubleshoot various night of show issues
- Attend employee engagement meetings
- Implement various activities, procedures, and outings to boost morale and happiness
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous sales & customer service experience preferred
- Previous ticketing experience preferred
- Ability to make decisions, multitask, prioritize, and work closely with others
- Experience with Ticketmaster’s Archtics Ticketing System Preferred
- Experience working show days in a Box Office
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Extremely close attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations and continue to grow career in the industry
