Responsibilities
- Instruction and training of new hires for the Box Office
- Assisting in implementing new information and training to existing sellers
- Processing refunds and handling guest situations
- Offering the best guest experience for all CET shows and entertainment venues
- Coaching sellers and inspiring growth
- Managing VIP and Executive ticketing
- Ensuring smooth and efficient ticket operation
- Providing work direction and motivation to employees
- Supervising and training Box Office Sellers
- Aiding in the implementation of departmental policies and special projects
- Submitting new events for on-sale
- Communicating new event information to staff and other properties
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting for settlements
- Troubleshooting various night of show issues
- Attending employee engagement meetings
- Implementing various activities, procedures, and outings to boost morale and happiness
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous sales & customer service experience preferred
- Previous ticketing experience preferred
- Ability to make decisions, multitask, prioritize, and work closely with others
- Experience with Ticketmaster’s Archtics Ticketing System Preferred
- Experience working show days in a Box Office
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Extremely close attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations and continue to grow career in the industry
