Box Office Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit
• Provide clear and accurate information about showtimes and ticketing
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with guests and fellow crew members
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain friendly, upbeat, and professional at all times
• Computer skills

Pay

Starting pay rate is $12 an hour.
