Position Summary
The initial deployment is focused on Commercial Banking, with a pilot currently underway and a broader rollout planned for approximately 500 users. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Box administration experience and serve as the technical owner for platform configuration, user support, feature enablement, and operational administration while partnering with business stakeholders to drive adoption and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and operational support resource for the Box platform.
- Configure, administer, and maintain the Box environment, including users, groups, permissions, security settings, and feature enablement.
- Recommend and implement Box best practices for folder structures, collaboration, governance, and secure file sharing.
- Evaluate new Box capabilities and configure features as business needs evolve.
- Support the phased rollout of Box across the organization, beginning with Commercial Banking.
- Provide Level 2/3 support by troubleshooting platform issues and resolving user requests.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand document sharing requirements and recommend appropriate Box capabilities.
- Support change management activities, including user communications, training, and adoption efforts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
- Create and maintain platform documentation, administrative procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Track and manage work through JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Identify opportunities to expand Box capabilities and support future migration of additional document management use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering the Box platform in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Box administration, including user provisioning, security, permissions, folder structures, governance, and collaboration features.
- Experience configuring and enabling Box functionality based on business requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a system administration or platform support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services or banking industry experience.
- Experience supporting secure external file sharing with customers or business partners.
- Experience with enterprise content management or document management platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as GlobalSCAPE, Kiteworks, SharePoint, or similar secure file transfer/document management solutions.
- Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
- Experience participating in enterprise software implementations or platform rollouts.
