About the role

The Boutique Manager oversees all aspects of a luxury retail boutique, driving sales growth, leading the team, and upholding the brand’s image. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, analyzing business performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales targets, holding the boutique team accountable for sales and IPT goals.
  • Conduct weekly business recaps for the Account Executive and Sales Director teams.
  • Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events.
  • Partner with the Senior Regional Account Executive/Training Manager to schedule and conduct in-store trainings and morning meetings for launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Maintain the boutique’s luxurious brand image through proper product merchandising, staff presentation, and counter cleanliness.
  • Ensure the boutique team is well-informed and equipped with tools for daily operations, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting.
  • Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and leverage CRM to enhance overall business impact.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients are entered into the CRM system and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Track daily business activity, including sales, samples, and stock, and analyze sales diversification to improve underperforming items.
  • Develop expertise in MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency.
  • Utilize the MFK Backstage training app consistently, completing all courses at 100%.
  • Respond to store alarm calls, coordinate with maintenance and contractors, and oversee store access.
  • Manage boutique operations, including monthly/quarterly inventory, visual change-outs, repair requests, and POS management.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly team schedule for final approval by the Account Executive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience in a boutique or freestanding store environment.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Boutique/Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Training Manager.
  • Passion for the MFK brand and its values, with the ability to inspire the team and clients.
  • Empathetic, positive, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the business.
  • Strong team-building skills, including recruiting and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to build partnerships across all relevant levels.
  • Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement of store management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of boutique business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Availability must align with business needs, including limited travel as required.

Pay

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide market-competitive pay while allowing flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure. The salary range for this position is $95,000–$105,000.
