The Boutique Concierge is the welcoming presence at White Euphoria Bridal & Formal, setting the tone for an elevated and memorable experience. As the first point of contact, you ensure every bride and guest is received with warmth, grace, and professionalism. From seamless appointment coordination to thoughtful hospitality, you help create an atmosphere where each bride feels truly valued from the moment she arrives. This role blends refined customer service, organization, and attention to detail while supporting stylists and operations to deliver a flawless boutique experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every bride and guest with warmth, poise, and professionalism.
• Check in appointments and offer refreshments with attentive hospitality.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and social media inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through BridalLive.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Prepare fitting suites to ensure each appointment begins seamlessly.
• Support stylists by preparing accessories, veils, and requested items.
• Capture select behind-the-scenes moments for social media when appropriate.
• Aid with boutique events, trunk shows, and promotional experiences.
• Communicate clearly and graciously with brides, families, seamstresses, and vendors.
• Provide support across the team to ensure a seamless and elevated client journey.
