Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge to join our team. We are a premier retirement community that values our team members and believes in the importance of the Concierge role in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Make a positive first impression and first contact at the community
• Work weekends and holidays as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents

Requirements

• 3 years experience as a concierge
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
