What We Expect From You

  • Execute administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, managing transfers, and all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
  • Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and facilitating the sales process.
  • Carefully coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and maintain a fluid sales process and seamless client experience.
  • Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
  • Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits and provide assistance when requested by finance and auditing teams.
  • Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America policies, as well as those of Van Cleef & Arpels, and maintain accurate audit scores for the boutique.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to support Boutique Management and business relationships with vendors.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.

Skills

  • Strong ability to work under pressure, multitask, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and SAP knowledge preferred.

Pay

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
