Boston - Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate

About the role

The Boston office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of defense-side complex litigation experience to join their growing team. Ideal candidates will bring meaningful experience managing sophisticated matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to pleadings
• Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy
• Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams

Requirements

• Significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
• Managing multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset, empathy for teammates, and a strong commitment to client service
• Initiative, sound judgment, adaptability, and leadership presence
• An interest in business development and long-term practice growth

Pay

The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 - $240,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
