Essential Functions
- Help maintain accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Auxiliary financial reporting and recordkeeping
- Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
- Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Auxiliary HR/Compliance projects
Requirements
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Basic-level accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Prior bookkeeping or office administration experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time in-between local offices (Findlay / Toledo / Detroit)
