Essential Functions

  • Help maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Auxiliary financial reporting and recordkeeping
  • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
  • Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Auxiliary HR/Compliance projects

Requirements

  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
  • Basic-level accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Prior bookkeeping or office administration experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time in-between local offices (Findlay / Toledo / Detroit)
