Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

General Responsibilities

  • Order entry
  • Process purchase orders and packing slips
  • Data entry for accounts receivable/payable
  • Invoice preparation
  • Auxiliary in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Accounting software proficiency
  • Knowledge of Adagio software helpful

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Proven ability to manage multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is proportional to experience and will comprise a salary plus performance-based bonus.

Physical Setting: Office

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
