Bonding Technician

About the role

Bonding Technicians are responsible for applying conductive adhesives to electronic components during the manufacturing process to ensure proper electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Apply conductive adhesives to electronic components using precision equipment.
• Ensure all bonding processes meet quality standards and industry specifications.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics assembly or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and soldering techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
