Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and coordinate care among healthcare providers.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is located.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly electronic health records.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
