About the role
We are seeking a full-time Back-of-House Lead Supervisor with prior supervisory and back-of-house experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and training hourly staff to ensure policy compliance
- Managing inventory, product, and labor costs within budget
- Ensuring efficient, high-quality service during peak hours
- Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in food handling and equipment
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in food service operations
- Open availability for PM shifts
