Responsibilities

Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your education to meaningful projects while developing skills in Human Resources acumen, business acumen, problem solving and execution skills, and a growth mindset. In addition, you’ll explore the many Human Resources careers available at Boeing through mentorships with our top professionals, development opportunities, and exposure to multiple parts of the HR function.

Over the course of our 10-12 week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

  • Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities
  • Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems
  • Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of Boeing
  • Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities
  • Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the aerospace industry

Requirements

Applicants must be able to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027 and be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources field via education or relevant work experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Currently majoring in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above)
  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to Human Resources

Qualifications

Basic qualifications include the ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027, current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student, and demonstrated interest in Human Resources field via education or relevant work experience.

Skills

Preferred skills include strong academic performance, exceptional organizational and collaboration skills, and exceptional communication skills.

Pay

Summary pay range: Min: $40,000 – Max: $80,000. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Schedule

These positions are for First Shift and are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
