Body Shop Service Advisor
Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Service Advisor at our Transteck Collision Center.
About the role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our body shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customers' vehicles, and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between customers and the body shop
- Sell services to customers
- Conduct visual safety inspections of customers' vehicles
- Ensure all customer needs are correctly addressed
Requirements
- One year of experience in service roles, sales, or customer service
- Must pass background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen
