About the role

Responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for collision repairs. Works closely with clients to understand damage and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Estimate damages to vehicles
• Communicate with clients about repair costs and options
• Prepare detailed repair estimates
• Work with insurance companies to process claims
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
• Proficiency in using estimating software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail

Skills

• AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service skills
