About the role
Responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for collision repairs. Works closely with clients to understand damage and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Estimate damages to vehicles
- Communicate with clients about repair costs and options
- Prepare detailed repair estimates
- Work with insurance companies to process claims
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
- Proficiency in using estimating software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
- AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service skills
