About the role

Body Shop Collision Estimator at our Ford location in Heath, responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance claims settlement. Prepares and monitors insurance billing and follows up on outstanding payables.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Reviews estimates with body shop technician.
• Assists with answering incoming calls from guests.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed weekends.
