Requirements

• A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional with 3+ years of leasing, sales, or investment experience.
• An inspiring leader with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• A strong communicator and problem solver with excellent time management skills.
• Tech-savvy, eager to leverage systems and data to maximize performance.
