Board Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce live and recorded radio and video programs and podcasts
• Deliver live on-air weather updates with confidence
• Record voice tracks for other programming
• Operate and engineer the live broadcast boards, keeping shows smooth and professional
• Execute station formats to keep our listeners engaged
• Maintain accurate program logs, edit live spots, and handle various production and commercial audio tasks

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows-based computer systems
• College education preferred, but not required — your passion and skill matter most!
• Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends — radio never sleeps, and neither do we.
• Proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and punctuality
