About the role

The Growth and Strategy seat on our board is for someone who has helped an organization scale. This person should have experience in prioritizing, capacity planning, and strategic partnerships. They should understand the challenges of scaling an organization and be able to guide us in making smart decisions about our future growth and sustainability.

Requirements

• Lived experience with AuDHD, ADHD, or autism
• Deep understanding of these communities through work or relationships
• Experience in helping organizations scale
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and plan for long-term sustainability
• Understanding of organizational capacity and partnerships
