About the role

We are seeking a Director, Member Activation & Lifecycle Growth to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in building and running campaigns that transform eligible members into active Leap patients. Leveraging claims data, prior authorization data, and member communication channels, we aim to identify and engage those who could benefit from our services. Your responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel campaigns, turning data signals into personalized member journeys, and driving continuous improvement through rigorous experimentation and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Create the repeatable system that moves eligible members from initial awareness to action
  • Own multi-step campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, employer channels, and reactivation flows
  • Partner with Growth Analytics to translate data signals into practical outreach strategies
  • Run a rigorous experimentation and optimization program to identify and test hypotheses across various elements of the campaigns
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns in Leap's marketing tools, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Activate employer-controlled channels and cross-functional partners, creating scalable communication packages and approval processes

Requirements

  • Relevant B2C growth and lifecycle experience
  • Lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and performance orientation
  • Hands-on campaign execution and marketing operations
  • Product-oriented member marketing and data-driven targeting
  • Operational rigor in a high-trust category
  • High agency, AI-forward, and cross-functional skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C growth and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits, insurance, or consumer technology is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
