About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in achieving their goals under the support of our team.
- Participate in peer advisory groups to connect with other BCBAs in the field.
- Assist with the development and implementation of ABA programs.
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and make adjustments as needed.
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, and to remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
