About the role

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients
  • Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Train and supervise other staff members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
