About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Train and supervise other staff members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
