Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Train staff and families on behavior analysis techniques
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for improving outcomes for individuals with special needs

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
