Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision-making
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Train staff and families on behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving outcomes for individuals with special needs

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
